Implant supported bridges use implants to secure a custom-made bridge in place when there are more than 3 missing teeth. Once 2 or more implants are placed, and the bridge is secured in place over the top, providing the stability, function and aesthetic your smile needs, your teeth and your bite are restored.
Multiple lost teeth can also disturb your facial structure, so when you replace missing teeth with an implant supported bridge, you’re also restoring volume and reversing hollow areas of the face affected by tooth loss.

An innovative approach to placing implants at Dental Atelier London
To deliver the best possible experience for patients, we’ve invested in an intraoral scanner Medit i700, which takes digital impressions of your teeth, rather than manual (and very often unpleasant!) impressions of your teeth. This technology takes a simple scan and is completely non-invasive, not the sticky mass that’s used when a traditional impression is taken.
Using state-of-the-art R2Gate Digital Dentistry software, we’re able to carefully plan your surgery in advance. By creating and fixing a special custom-made guide, we’re able to see exactly where to place your implant for the most successful outcome.
Not only does this help patients to feel relaxed about their treatment, in many cases we don’t need to perform any incisions or stitches. Meanwhile, the traditional method of placing implants would involve an incision, heightening the risk of complications and making the whole process more invasive for patients. Once completed, patients won’t need to come in for a follow up appointment, as there’s no need for the removal of sutures.
